Myths and Frequently Asked Questions
I don't know about shopping at a consignment sale. Aren't the items all stained or damaged?
Absolutely not! Of course we are not perfect, but our volunteers check every item before the sale to ensure we are only offering items that we would want our own children to wear or own.
I visited your sale once and I saw two of the exact same high chair. One was priced at $8, the other was $80. What is up with your prices?
Our prices are set by the consigner selling the item so it is not uncommon for matching items to have different prices (although they usually do not vary quite as much as this.) The earlier you shop, the better deals you will have access to!
Does your sale offer discounts or price reductions?
Yes! There is a coupon in the column to the left. Bring it in and save! Also, many items are 50% off on the Saturdays of our March and August sales. Look for the word "discount" on the tag. Consignors also have the option to offer lightly damaged or stained clothing items for sale on our As Is rack. This is a great place to pick up play clothes. The As Is rack is only available on Saturday and these items are only $1.
